Outside of the Full Governing Board and committees we also have Link Governor Roles. Link Governors form a special relationship based on their knowledge and skills with various members of the teaching staff. Link Governors make pre-arranged visits to the school with a clear focus on monitoring the school’s strategy in the specialist area and support the members of staff who are responsible for the particular area/subject. Link Governors keep the Full Governing Board informed about the specialist area for which they’re responsible.
