15 Dec Christmas Fair – £4,500+ raised!

The PTA is very excited to announce that the fair this year raised in excess of £4,500 which goes directly back to the school for the benefit of all the children (final calculations still being carried out!)

In addition, well done and a huge thank you to everyone who contributed to our class hampers, and our bidders. We raised a fantastic £480 for the school. The hamper competition was won by Earth class, who made a grand total of £65 for theirs. Well done Earth class! The PTA Christmas elves will discuss your prize with Ms O’Flaherty.

The fair serves not only to raise much needed funds, but also to further bind our lovely school community together and do something fun and magical for the children.

To raise such a fantastic figure requires three very important gifts from the parents: a truly angelic disposition from those who volunteer so much time to setting up and running stalls, a Santa’s sackful of donations, and of course, the Xmas good cheer to buy it all back (a wonderful redistribution of pre-loved belongings)! This year all three were like brussel sprouts at Christmas dinner – evident in abundance!

On behalf of the PTA, thank you so much for your overwhelming support!”   (Oliver Brownlow, PTA co-chair)
